How To: Spiral Galaxy Cuff

How To Do:

Spiral Galaxy Cuff by Starstruck-Sadie

Spiral Patterned Galaxy Cuff

Following up my earlier "how to" with it in a different pattern.
This is almost the same as the galaxy cuff but you are applying your colors in a spiral and not circular pattern.
This seems to be popular when someone wants a star themed package.
As always questions, comments, and suggestions are welcome

Materials

Pony beads
Elastic String (do not use fishing line)
Scissors
Needle (optional but helps)
Clear Fingernail Polish (optional but when applied to knots it helps them stay tight)

Let's Start

Once again start by making a single of 32 beads.

Row 1

Making sure you are thread through a bead on your single, string on 4 beads of first color.
Count three beads on single then thread through 4th.
String on 4 beads of your next color.
Count three beads on single then thread through 4th.
Keep going all the way around.
You can have up to eight groups of colors.
Tie off if desired.

Row 2

Pick an edge bead, mine are marked in pink of the picture above,
Thread through edge bead, string on 5 beads of the color you are coming out of.
Thread through edge bead in the same spot on next color (if it is the far left edge bead make sure it is the far left in your next group)
String on 5 beads of this new color (remember its the color you are coming out of)
Thread into edge bead of next group.
Repeat around
Tie off if desired.

Carry On

Thread through edge bead, string on beads (adding one to each group for each row [Ex: row 3 would have 6 beads instead of 5 and row 4 would have 7])
Remember to string on beads of the color you are coming out of.
Tie off when desired.
Continue this until your piece is to the size of your liking (most go to row 4 with 7 beads to a group)
